We Do
Deliver great prices and service without skimping on the software and hardware that makes the service
useful to eBay Sellers. We build our own servers, host our own hardware, answer our own technical support lines,
and we have relationships with bigger companies who help us achieve our simple goal of providing great value for online auction sellers.
Your images will always be available for last minute bidders. Our history of 99.9% reliability means that you can rest assured
and focus on other important aspects of operating a successful auction business. We offer a completely free trial during which time
you may evaluate the software and decide whether or not it suits your needs without any further "sales pitch".
We Do Not
We don't outsource customer support to an offshore group, and we don't have a
huge office with fountains in the front.
We do our best to provide great service and personally respond to every customer question quickly and personally.
If you decide to cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged for using the program or our services.
Product Choices
When you sign up for AAA Seller you can
choose the best membership level based on your monthly sales volume.
Each time an item is listed in the eBay marketplace counts as a debit from your account. All accounts
start with at least 15 debits and go as high as 3,000 or more debits per month for a flat fee.
Debits are replenished monthly (usually every 30 days).
Picture services are included with every account and can be used freely
up to the maximum image disk space available.
The usage agreement also permits using pictures for other web sites or marketplaces.
No matter how many debits are in an account pictures can be uploaded and used online
if there is image disk space available.
The debits count towards eBay item management.
A single debit may be used for all of the following in one auction listing: sending invoices, creating checkout pages,
etc. This includes any or all of the following services in a single auction listing:
AAA Seller submits the item to eBay, inserts a superzoom slideshow, tracks an item,
offers calculated shipping estimates based on zip code and carrier,
sends an invoice to the winner, provides a checkout page for the winner,
sends a payment received/shipment complete message to the winner/seller, displays visitor statistics,
and more. We even automate the feedback process for you when you choose.
The size of your image disk is automatically adjusted to fit your AAA Seller subscription.
The image disk determines the quality and quantity of pictures that can be used in your auction listings. All image disks can host several hundred high quality pictures
or more.
Don't get duped by other services that claim to host more pictures on a
smaller picture disk, or ones that limit your bandwidth.
High quality images require space and bandwidth and we have both.
And we deliver what we promise - it's up to you to choose how you use it.
Other services compress your pictures
and this reduces the quality of the pictures.
Billing
All plans are billed on a monthly basis. If your inventory is more than 15 items or you're
launching more than 5 items per week you probably
want a mid-level or higher account.
We won't ask for a commission on your sales. With all plans you'll pay a flat
rate based on volume, and you'll have access to a powerful and rich set of
auction management tools.
Motors Extras
All accounts include access to the eBay Motors parts and accessories categories.
AAASeller does not currently support listing vehicles or other items that use a VIN (vehicle identification number).
Who We Are
AAA Seller is a wholly owned division of Alphabet Software, L.L.C., a privately owned
and operated business in downtown New York City, NY. We build and manage our own
hosting equipment, write our own software and design all of our own web pages.

Does anyone build a solution for the eBay marketplace?
We do! Alphabetware creates custom business solutions and provides third party software integration.
We're interested in talking with you if you have
a unique supplier(s), inventory, are focused on one or a few vertical markets, and sell or expect to sell
at least 200 items/month online. If you plan to upload hundreds or thousands of items at a once
we have developed special tools designed to help SMB's list and manage
items in the eBay marketplace.
